Create Verticly Lite account

Why do I need an address?

The address is used to identify your business. In the future we will be able to give you more insights based on your location like demographics, weather data and more. The address is required and must contain a street number.

Can I use my personal email?

Yes, you can use any email you like. Please make sure though to have access in this email since we will send you important information for your account and your campaigns.

I have more than one business, can I register with one email?

We do not support multiple business under one email account. You should register again for all businesses you have.

The portal says the email exists

Every email is unique to our system. You cannot register with the same email again

Create you first campaign

What is the campaign, and why I have to create one?

A campaign can be anything you want to advertise. An offer, a new product or anything.

This is the main functionality of our system. Easy campaign promotions for your business.

Why I have to select a language?

You select the language in which you want your customers to read your campaign’s content. We currently support only 3 languages. Greek, Norwegian and English

I do not have images

Its ok, however with images your campaign will look better.

Do you offer more templates?

Currently only one is supported. We are in the process of adding more.

Why I have to collect customer data?

We offer the collection of customer data, so you can have better visibility for your customers, get to know them and offer them better offers and loyalty. For instance, if you are a coffee shop you can create a loyalty campaign to offer a free coffee after specific bought times. The campaign site will contain a form for your customers to input their details. First name, last name and email are supported for now. When your customers will register will receive a personal QR code which they have to show to your store to get the offer. However, this is optional. We are fully GDPR compliant.

How I scan the QR code and validate my customers?

You can scan the code with your phone. All the new smartphones can now scan codes with their camera. After the scan our portal will load and notify you if the code is valid or not. You might have to login though.

Do I have to create Facebook or Instagram ads?

No, but we totally recommend it so you can promote your offers to more people. You can target sex and ages and increase your store’s visibility to more people. You can also select when your ad will be shown.

Do I have to pay for every campaign?

Yes you pay a small amount for every campaign you create and for the months that is active. We consider a month to be 30 days, so you pay for 30 day slots.

I do not have a credit/debit card, can I pay with other means?

No, we only support credit/debit card payment. See, below at Payment and Service Fee section for more information.

I do not want to create a campaign on registration, can I do it later on?

Yes, you can go at https://liteadmin.verticly.com/ and create your campaign there

Go and create a new campaign. As long as people register and use your offer you will start see data.

Why I have to select a language?

What is the campaign site?

It is the campaign’s unique website that your customers will see and interact to get their offer. We offer this for free. You can have your own website to promote your good and services. For every campaign you make a new website will be created

I see the following message in my campaign site, “Sorry this campaign is not offered any more”

This is because your campaign is not active, or has ended. A campaign is always active between the start and end dates.If you have a facebook campaign running then everyone who clicks on the ad will see the same message, in case your campaign has ended. So, make sure you align your facebook promotion to the campaign’s start and end date. If you want to reuse it then create a new campaign or copy the campaign. You will have to pay for the campaign.

Social Ads

Which social ads you support?

We currently support Facebook and Instagram ads. You do not have to have a facebook account. We will create all ads under our facebook/instagram accounts. This makes it easier for you, since you do not have to have experience for creating facebook ads. We do not currently support adding your personal Facebook account for ad creation.

Why I have to give total budget and not daily?

We only support total budget since in the real world every promotion you run is based on a budget. It makes it more easier for you to measure your expenses.

Do you support more advanced Facebook ads setup?

No, but we may add them on the future. We want to keep it simple for you. Our system is clever to provide the best results.

Payment and Service Fee

How you calculate the payment?

We consider a month to be 30 days, so you pay for every 30 day slots. We count the days  between your start and end date to find the slots. For instance:

<=30 1 month

>=30 and <= 40 2 months and so on

What is the service fee?

It a small amount we collect to support our service and offer you better support. The service fee is added to your total amount only when you add a social ad. There is no service fee for every new campaign you create.

I do not have a credit/debit card, can I pay with other means?

No, we only support credit/debit card payment.

Is my payment secure?

Yes, we use Stripe service to do the payments. They provide a highly secured system. The only thing you have to worry about is not to lose your card. Learn more here: https://stripe.com

We do not store any information about your card. We only log the following: Date of transaction and pay amount.

If I stop my campaign before the end date, do you offer refund?

No. So make sure before you create and pay for it, that you know what you need. The same applies for all social ads.
